Forget about spring fever, this year, the nation has Caitlin Clark fever. Pun intended, of course, as the Indiana Fever has the #1 pick at the WNBA draft pick this year and Caitlin Clark has announced her plans to enter the draft on April 15.
The Indiana Fever is currently accepting deposits for a spot in the season ticket priority list, in a pop-up that highlights that they have the number 1 draft pick. Ticket inquiries at home have increased, and tickets on-sale for away games are seeing spikes as well.

Clark’s NCAA record-breaking game vs. Ohio State saw some of the highest resale ticket prices across both college and professional women’s basketball as fans were wiling to pay top dollar to be in the room where it happened.
This past regular season away games for Iowa saw average ticket prices 20x higher than the average of their other home games. Logitix shared this post on LinkedIn and below graphic earlier this month:

Last fall, University of Iowa hosted a preseason game and broke the all-time attendance record for women’s basketball events with 55,646 fans in the stands of Kinnick football stadium.
The NCAA Women’s Final Four is taking place in Cleveland and I’ve been watching resale prices for Sunday’s final. As of Monday afternoon, entry prices across various platforms start at $219-$674 and the highest listed tickets on resale sites goes from $8,072 all the way up to $23,105.
It’s clear that Caitlin Clark fever is on the rise and, no matter where she plays, she’s a hot ticket item.
